US Constitution:

Art II sec 2 clause 1; The President shall be Commander-in-Chief of the
Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several
States, when called into the actual service of the United States

Art I sec 8 The Congress shall have the power...
clause 11; To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make

The US Constitution is NOT a 'suicide pact' as is often said by those who
advocate evasion of it by govt to deal with 911 and beyond.

America's Constitution DOES provide for CONGRESS, and ONLY congress to
either 'declare war' against a nation or 'issue letters of marque and
reprisal' to pursue non-govt criminals when there is no nation against
which war should be declared. That process allows for vigorous PUBLIC
debate BEFORE unleashing the deadly military might of America. It is the
process REQUIRED to keep America from becoming a dictatorship while still
facilitating APPROPRIATE response toemergency.

Americans MUST be suspicious of a govt that EVADES this public process.

Americans must unite behind the US CONSTITUTION and it's Bill of Rights
rather than allow the obscenity of 'patriotism' being perverted to serve US
govt dictatorship.
