The following is a site where, I believe, you can order blank IDP's from just about any country across the world and fill them out yourself. They also have all kinds of blank forms and other neat stuff. I have ordered from them. The first link is to be able to order their catalog and the second link is where the IDP's and IDL's are located on their web site. They have a lot of NEAT stuff.

Thanks for the info, Charles.
I have been looking into many options for years and the IDP is looking better and better.
It is very difficult to travel long distances without a driver's license and the threat of Jail is a pain. I have lived with it but I am not so stupid as to pass up protection that cost nothing to my liberty.
