Mr. Duarte getting arrested alone was the very best thing that could
have happened to him.  He took all the risk, and he now reaps all of
the attention, and the concommitant opportunity to get his libertarian
message out.  He will get another opportunity on Sept. 17th, unless
the county attourney is smart enough to lose the paperwork.

For the risk of a few hundred dollars in fines (no way will e serve
time) he has gotten more interest in his campaign that anyone else in
Pima Co.  Likewise, he completely screwed the LWV's shiny moment, in a
way that no one else was able to do despite best efforts.

I hope his friends will assure him they will be there with him on his
court date (and have fun doing it), as well as assure him they will
help in paying off any fine he recieves for being an American.  And I
alo hope he files an appeal a few days after being sentenced, because
for a few bucks filing, you can make the government spend thousands n
response, at no further risk to himself.  Sweet.  And you get another
government number... = more press interest.

Pick your battles wisely.  This was a example of good choice.
